Institutional Secretariat
Public Institutional Landing Page
Your institution becomes globally discoverable. External aspirants can visit your landing page (e.g., academy.vishwadrishti.com), view public batches, and initiate registration.
Your portal is strictly private. The landing page is replaced by a secure login shield. Only members with an existing account or a direct invitation link can find your institution.
Registry & Security
Enforce Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Mandates 2FA for all Secretariat Admins and Expert Panel members. Entry to the dashboard is blocked until a secure TOTP code is provided. Recommended for high-stakes environments.
Authentication relies solely on standard password protocols. While convenient, this reduces the security posture against unauthorized access.
Secretariat Gatekeeper Protocol (Manual Approval)
Every new signup is placed in a "Pending Verification" state. They cannot access curriculum or forums until an Admin manually verifies their identity in the Registry tab.
Signup is instantaneous. Users with valid credentials gain immediate access to the institution's public resources and assigned batches.
Verified Domain Auto-Admission
Users with email addresses matching your verified institutional domain (e.g., name@your-uni.edu) bypass the manual gatekeeper and are admitted automatically.
The gatekeeper applies to everyone. Even users with official institutional emails must be vetted by the Secretariat.
Advanced & AI
Custom AI Intelligence
Binds your institution's custom knowledge base to the "Sarthi" Mentor AI. Aspirants receive answers derived directly from your proprietary documents and faculty notes.
The AI utilizes the global VishwaDrishti model. While powerful, it will not have access to your institution-specific curriculum or internal guidelines.
Longitudinal Cohort Analytics
Faculties gain access to "Cohort Hubs." This allows them to compare entire batches, identify laggards via heatmaps, and track collective attendance trends.
Analytics are limited to individual student reports. Faculties cannot aggregate data across multiple batches for high-level institutional reviews.
Sovereign Resource Repository
Unlocks a dedicated "Library" tab for your organization. Documents and videos uploaded here are strictly invisible to the public VishwaDrishti pool, ensuring your IP remains secure.
Resources are managed at the course or batch level. There is no central, isolated repository for general institutional documentation.
Communications & Enterprise Notifications
VishwaDrishti provides a central event-driven orchestration system mapping B2B operational events (like invoices generated, enrollment success, trial limits) to localized templates and direct channels:

Official business account template sync with approved variables, payment CTA buttons, and document attachments.
📧 Branded Emails
SMTP / Amazon SES outgoing mailers injected with institute logos, matching brand colors, and PDF invoices.
🕒 DND Active Hours
Timezone-aware quiet periods deferring non-urgent reminders until working hours resume.
Payment Gateway & Student Ledgers
Configured under Gateway Setup, institutions can connect direct billing credentials to receive funds instantly without B2B intermediary delays.
Automated Instalment Schedules
Split batch costs into multiple scheduled payments. Automated penalty logic applies late fees after grace periods expire.
Real-time Webhook Reconciliation
Direct integration with Razorpay Webhook captures (payment.captured) auto-marks invoices as PAID, triggers SMS receipts, and unlocks courses.
Developer APIs
Generate and manage API keys to programmatically sync data between VishwaDrishti and your internal systems (LMS, HRMS, etc.).
- Issuing Keys: Admins can create up to 3 active keys. Label them clearly for tracking.
- Revocation: Revoking a key instantly kills all active sessions using that key. Use this immediately if a token is compromised.
- Rate Limits: All API requests are subject to velocity checks (RPM) to ensure platform stability. Check your usage meter in the Developer tab.
